1. Bag being stolen on Saturday night (weeping, gnashing of teeth, misc snarling. Much drinking)
2. Bag being returned on Tuesday (rejoicing in the streets, happiness unconfined)
3. Money (well no surprize there) and palm pilot (?) having been removed before return
4. Empty wallet and mobile phone being returned with bag.
My question de jour being what the hell was the matter with my phone that they didn't nick that while they were at it. Was is not good enough?
Also, if I am allowed another question, why the palm pilot? All it contained was my address book and diary. Puzzling.
Anyway, alls well that ends well. I love that bag.
